    Was very disappointed to find that the staff was not sympathetic to the work schedules of families. After repeated attempts to make a late afternoon appointment for our child, we were told this was not an option. When your paycheck depends on being in work, it's difficult sacrifice a days paycheck for a routine dental visit. I hope in the future they are able to understand that not everyone works a typical 9-5.
