Will not be using these guys ever again. I will miss the mechanic Chris. As far as the rest not so much. I normally take my car, my husbands car and my work vehicle to the collegville location-----not any more. They are such a scam. Take the car in for inspection. They tell me the one tire is non rotational so that won't pass inspection. ( tried selling me an expensive tire) ummmmmm------ no thanks. They also tell me I am going to need back brakes soon! I feel like I just got the back brakes done not long ago. I take it to another shop------- guess what?!? U guessed it------ the tire should not have failed inspection due to the non directional tire anddddddddddde the brakes are perfect!!!! How about that?!?! Pep boys try playing someone else for a fool! It won't ever be me!
